Featured Artist Biography

Ekaterina Gaidaeva was born in Tyumen, Russia. She began her training as an artist when she was five years old by attending the Tyumen Art School. When she was twelve years old she moved to the United States and became a citizen in 2012. Traveling throughout her life, Ekaterina has been influenced by different cultures. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with magna cum laude and received her BFA in Communication Arts and Design in 2012. Since her graduation, Ekaterina has been working as an Industrial Designer.
